Screw Conveyor Seals Come In Standard Sizes

The HB model high-performance, standard-sized seals for screw conveyors has been introduced by Meco. Offering many of the design features of the company’s custom seals, these seals are in stock in five CEMA and 11 metric shaft sizes, from 1-1/2 in. to 3-7/16 in. and from 40 mm to 90 mm. They are designed to perform under 90% of typical operating conditions for screw conveyors, including food-grade applications, temperatures up to 260C (500F), shaft run-out up to 6 mm (1/4 in.) and vertical or inclined shafts.
