Grain output exceed 455 billion kilograms; but we still need more than 10 billion kilograms to satisfy ourselves. 9. 4813 various developing zone' founding plan be stopped; even so the usable land area will be compact in 2005. 10. Electricity output reach 50 million kilowatts, there will be a overheated crisis for the electricity industry in future.
