2020 ZYS sucessfully developed the domestic large-megawatt wind power main shaft bearing
On November 3th, 2020,the 4.5 MW wind power spindle bearing was successfully rolled off the assembly linein the manufacturing workshop of the Heavy Bearing Division in Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd.(ZYS), . The product structure fills the gap of large-megawatt wind turbines main shaft bearing in domestic,and breaks through the long-term monopoly of foreign bearing companies on the wind power main bearing market.
Since 2020, the leadership of ZYS has been actively deploying and vigorously developing wind power business. As the undertaking unit of the wind power business, the Heavy Bearing Division is constantly seeking breakthroughs in product technology upgrades. Through no more than a year’s efforts ,it grows from 2.0 MW-level wind power yaw and pitch products at the beginning of the year to close to 4.0MW- level and full coverage of wind power yaw and pitch products , which has continuously upgraded 5 levels.
Confronting the dual challenges of COVID-19 and Wind power rush installations, ZYS put full effort to guarantee delivery, achieved good results with delay-free in wind power orders, got the highest delivery rate in the customer’s bearing supply chain, and strengthened ZYS Brand influence. The heavy-duty manufacturing department of the heavy-duty bearing division has also achieved a single manufacturing unit's annual revenue of over 100 million yuan, contributing an important force to the operating performance of the shaft research institute.
