1. ROBUSTDYNA™ Super Precision Bearings for Machine Tool Spindles (All New Series)

Enables highly versatile machining by delivering excellent performance in both roughing and finishing. Preforms both heavy cutting and ultra-high speed surface finishing.

Higher load capacity enables heavy-duty cutting and can achieve reductions in machining time.

Higher impact resistance contributes to long-term stable operation and improved productivity (avoid unplanned downtime).

2. Ball Screw with Axis Reversal Spike Reduction Technology for High Quality Surface Finishing (World's first)

Significantly reduces motion errors called quadrant glitches (reversal spikes), which are caused by variation in friction during reversals in the direction of ball screw motion. This essentially eliminates errors that leave streaks on the workpiece surface resulting in a lower quality finish.

Improves feed and positioning accuracy.

Maintained or increased rigidity compared to conventional products despite reducing torque and heat generation.

Highly configurable with a wide selection of nut circulation types and other options available.

3. Ultra-High Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearings with SURSAVE™ Cage for Main Tool Spindle

Compared with conventional products, reduced NRRO (Non-Repeatable RunOut) by 50%, and torque by 20% for reduced heat generation.

Achieved high speed performance of 3 million dmN.

4. High Durability Precision Ball Screws

Improved wear resistance.

Maintenance-free for longer periods.

Contributes to reducing machinery energy consumption.

5. NSK K1-L Lubrication Unit for NSK Linear Guides™

Improved lubrication capacity by around 200% with newly developed material.

Reduced dynamic friction by 20% when initiating slider motion.

Casing protects K1-L and prevents ingress of dust and contaminants.
