FAG Bearings India Limited, a leading manufacturer of industrial and automotive bearings, today announced that its corporate name is changed to “Schaeffler India Limited” as of July 07, 2017.
The process of changing the company’s name was completed after the required regulatory and subsequent shareholder approvals were obtained.
This change of name is an important step in the rollout of the new global strategy “Mobility for tomorrow” of the company’s parent group, Schaeffler AG.
