In 2004, Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co.,Ltd's operating profit hit RMB10 million; sales income up more than 10% from 2003. This means that the company has gotten out of the operating loss which last over 3 years and begun to win profit. In the past, the annual tax turnover of XAB had reached RMB70 million, but because of the rigid policy, the company was hovering between life and death. To get out of the dilemma, XAB started their strategic restructuring with the Greencool Group in april 2004. After the restructuring, Greencool optimized XAB's company organization and human resouce distribution; infused XAB with Greencool's company culture, management spirit and operating principle. XAB paid more attention on new products' developing and wanted to expand their market by the new products' sale. Now they have been capable of mass production of auto bearings used by cars like Fukang, Jieda, Volkswagen and Qirui etc. Currently, over 300 companies has become XAB's distributor. 15 delivery centers located in Guangdong, Guizhou, Hunan and other provinces have been founded, which Laid a firm foundation of the goal that operation doubled in 2005 and operation quadrupled in 3 years.
