The production and sales of mid and high-end bearings such as wind power bearings, metallurgical bearings, and precision machine tool bearings from ZWZ group has been booming since June 2022

With the rise of China's manufacturing industry, domestic substitution of high-end bearings is accelerating. Thanks to the upgrade of product quality and the continuous successful development of high-end bearings, since June, the production and sales of mid-to-high-end products such as wind power bearings, metallurgical bearings, and precision machine tool bearings of ZWZ Group have been booming, laying a solid foundation for achieving substantial revenue growth throughout the year. A few days ago, ZWZ Group's Precision Technology and Manufacturing Industrial Park has full orders for production lines such as extra-large bearings and precision bearings.

In June, the main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings of large-megawatt wind power that replaced imports doubled, and the medium and high-end steel bearings increased by more than 20%. Orders for extra-large bearings increased by 32% year-on-year, and ZWZ Extra-Large Bearing Branch completed orders of nearly 100 million yuan. In July, orders continued to grow rapidly, reaching an all-time high.

The same is true at the production site of ZWZ Precision Bearing Branch. The high-end industrial motors of a domestic leading company in the motor industry have been using imported bearings for matching, costing tens of millions of yuan every year. ZWZ Group has successfully developed a multi-specification substitute for imported motor bearings for it. The product quality has reached the international advanced level and has been well received by customers. In recent years, ZWZ Precision Bearing Branch has successively developed precision machine tool bearings, high-end motor bearings, subway bearings and high-speed wire rolling mill bearings. According to reports, from January to June this year, the branch achieved a year-on-year increase of 12% in revenue. In the second half of the year, orders for precision bearings continued to grow.

Tackling key technologies and creating leading products, ZWZ Group is taking market demand as the guide, moving towards the middle and high end of the bearing industry chain, accelerating the development of "Specialized in special new" leading products, driving market increments, and achieving rapid growth in scale and speed.
