The project developed 3 series of 6 types of spindles and 4 types of precision bearings, formed an annual production capacity of 600 sets (sets) of high-end machine tool spindles and 500,000 sets of precision machine tool spindle bearings, and realized the batch of high-precision parts and components. Chemical manufacturing, high-precision spindle unit assembly, spindle intelligent production, high-performance spindle motor manufacturing and spindle test verification have broken through the core technologies of bearing-related design and precision machining and manufacturing, and solved the problem of high-reliability bearing machining. The project has obtained 4 authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents, published 7 papers, and formulated 4 enterprise standards, which effectively enhanced the company's core competitiveness and played an active role in promoting the intelligent transformation of China's bearing industry.
