The technical backbone of the NXZ Technology Center was invited to Xi'an Jiaotong University to carry out technical exchanges

At the invitation of the Key Laboratory of Modern Design and Rotor Bearing, School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, on August 25, Li Hongbin, the chief engineer of Xibei Bearing Co., Ltd.(NXZ), led the company's technical backbone to Xi'an Jiaotong University for technical exchanges. 14 teachers including Professor Hong Jun, Assistant President of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Director of the Key Laboratory, Zhu Yongsheng, Deputy Director of the Laboratory, Li Xiaohu, Deputy Director of the Research Institute, and Dong Guangneng, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Institute of Design Science and Basic Components, participated in the technical exchange activities.

The Key Laboratory of Modern Design and Rotor Bearing System of Xi'an Jiaotong University was established in 1958. It mainly focuses on design science and engineering, design big data and condition monitoring, engineering tribology, and bearing-rotor system dynamics, and develops cutting-edge foundations. Theoretical and applied technology research, form design theories and methods that lead the international frontier, and create a characteristic base for cultivating high-level talents.

At the exchange meeting, Li Xiaohu, deputy director of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Zhu Yongsheng, director of Xi'an Jiaotong University successively introduced the cooperation between Xi'an Jiaotong University and NSK, SKF, Axle Research Technology, China-Zhejiang High-speed Railway, Hande Axle and other enterprises, and the "Establishment of Multi-State Rolling Bearings" Indicators, online monitoring and control technology system", "intelligent diagnosis theory and method of mechanical failure", "dynamic load bearing design of high-thrust reciprocating compressor, performance improvement of Qinchuan gear grinder spindle system" and other academic research results. Li Xiaohu emphasized that Xi'an Jiaotong University especially hopes to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with western enterprises, use the school's existing research resources to do practical things for the revitalization of western enterprises in the country, and solve technical problems of enterprises. The two sides also discussed the results of this technical exchange. Li Hongbin said that it is very inspiring to see the research results of Xi'an Jiaotong University in the field of bearings. There is room for NXZ Bearing and Xi'an Jiaotong University in the research and application of bearing basic theory and high-end bearing cooperation. Very big, our company is looking forward to in-depth cooperation with Xi'an Jiaotong University. Li Xiaohu believes that there are not many bearing research in colleges and universities now. Xi'an Jiaotong University needs to combine with enterprises from the initial research on sliding bearings to the research field of rolling bearings. At the same time, these problems are transformed into the topics of the school graduate students.
