Liaocheng Sunspeed Bearing co., Ltd. formerly known as Seven Color Bearing co., Ltd. set up in 1996, is a large bearing enterprise in China. Some new products were released today, ,such as H309, H311, H313, H316, H317, KM30, MB30, 1222K, SN515, SN517, 7316BECBM, 29415EX and 22215CAK/C3W33. Details are as follows:

H309, H311, H313, H316 and H317 are cylindrical roller bearings. The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearing adopts parallel arrangement of rollers, and spacing keepers or spacers are installed between rollers, which can prevent the inclination of rollers or the friction between rollers, and effectively prevent the increase of rotating torque.

KM30, MB30 and 1222K are self-aligning ball bearings with inner diameter of 110mm, outer diameter of 200mm and weight of 5.07kg. The self-aligning ball bearing has two structures: cylindrical hole and conical hole. The cage is made of steel plate, synthetic resin, etc. Its feature is that the outer ring raceway is spherical, with automatic centering, which can compensate the error caused by different concentricity and shaft deflection, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees.

SN515 and SN517 are bearing housings. Bearing pedestal is a kind of large and extra large bearing pedestal that can accept comprehensive load and has special structure. It has the characteristics of compact structure, sensitive rotation, convenient maintenance, etc. Where there is a bearing, there must be a support point. The inner support point of the bearing is the shaft, and the outer support is often referred to as the bearing seat.

7316BECBM is angular contact ball bearing. It can bear radial load and axial load at the same time. It can work at a higher speed. The larger the contact angle is, the higher the axial bearing capacity is. High precision and high-speed bearings usually have a 15 degree contact angle. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase.

29415EX is a tapered roller bearing with an inner diameter of 75mm, an outer diameter of 160mm, a thickness of 51mm, and a weight of 4,76kg. The material is stainless bearing steel AISI440 (9Cr18). The cage and material are F1 carbon steel. The number of rows is single. The thrust roller bearing is used to bear the combined axial and radial loads dominated by axial load, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing has lower friction coefficient, higher rotating speed and self-aligning performance. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust tapered roller bearings are applicable to the situation of low speed. The speed of thrust tapered roller bearings is slightly higher than that of thrust cylindrical roller bearings.

22215CAK/C3W33 is self-aligning roller bearing. The inner diameter is 85mm, the outer diameter is 150mm, the thickness is 36mm, and the weight is 2.7kg. The material is carburized bearing steel (surface hardening type), cage and material F1 carbon steel, and the number of rows is double. Self aligning roller bearing has two rows of rollers, which mainly bear radial load, and can also bear axial load in any direction. It has high radial load capacity, especially suitable for working under heavy load or vibration load, but can not bear pure axial load.
