ZWZ newly launched production line of precision Angular Contact Ball Bearings for new energy car and precision machine tool
Recently, at the production site of the newly built workshop of Liaoyang Bearing Company of ZWZ Group and on the production line of precision angular contact ball bearings, various types of new energy vehicle bearings and ball screw support bearings for precision machine tools are being processed.
The production line applies intelligent data management system to collect, monitor and analyze production data, so as to integrate information between software and hardware equipment systems, and finally achieve the goal of digital production. Through online inspection of products and online analysis of inspection data, the production of ZWZ Group precision angular contact ball bearings has achieved quality stability and consistency, solved problems such as unclear traditional production status and difficult traceability of product quality, marking that the company has begun to transform into precision and intelligent manufacturing.
The precision angular contact ball bearing production line can meet the demand for high-end bearings in new energy vehicles, precision machine tools and other industries, and will form an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of precision bearings.
