ZYS successfully completed the installation of the first largest SRB wind power spindle bearing in China
On December 13, 2022, ZYS Technology successfully completed the installation and application of the first domestically made largest self aligning roller ("SRB") wind power spindle bearing. This set of SRB wind turbine main shaft bearings 240/1180, with an inner diameter of 1180mm and an outer diameter of 1660mm, can meet the use requirements of the main shaft bearings of 5~8MW land wind turbine generators.
The spindle bearing of wind turbine is the core component of wind turbine. In addition to being affected by wind load, it also bears the gravity load of the main shaft and impeller in the wind turbine. The working conditions are complex, and it needs to have good impact resistance, flexible centering performance, and excellent raceway fatigue resistance. ZYS Technology, by overcoming the heat treatment deformation, controls the internal structure of materials and the dimensional accuracy of cold working, optimizes the rolling body modification and special surface treatment, solves the boundary friction and the lubrication after the intervention of external pollutants, and effectively ensures that the spindle bearing meets the requirements for a long life and high reliability of more than 20 years.
In recent years, in terms of new product research and development, ZYS Technology has successively developed the first domestically produced 4.5MW, 7MW, 10MW single row tapered roller ("TRB") spindle bearings and installed them for application. At the same time, in view of the high operation and maintenance cost of wind power spindle bearings, ZYS Technology has developed a residual life prediction system for wind power spindle bearing. In terms of industrialization, ZYS Technology has achieved mass supply of 5-7MW doubly fed SRB spindle bearings and semi direct drive TRB spindle bearings.
Since the promotion of management in June 2022, ZYS Technology has increased its investment in the industrialization of wind power bearings. At present, it has an annual capacity of 1500 sets of wind power spindle bearings, yaw pitch bearings, gear boxes and motor bearings. In the future, ZYS Technology will continue to innovate in science and technology to help achieve the goal of "double carbon".
