ZWZ Group continues to strengthen independent innovation. Since the beginning of this year, 38 projects have been granted national utility model patents, including "a cylindrical roller bearing", "a diaphragm pump connecting rod bearing", "a composite rotary table bearing", and "a fully loaded self-locking cylindrical roller bearing assembly fixture". As of now, the company has a total of 479 valid patents, including 86 invention patents and 393 utility model patents.
The "A Kind of Diaphragm Pump Connecting Rod Bearing" project is a type of bearing applied to the connecting rod part of a slurry diaphragm pump, consisting of an inner ring, an outer ring, rollers, a cage, rivets, a flat retaining ring, and a sleeve, which enhances the reliability and service life of the bearing. Especially, the sleeve is constructed with a boss, achieving convenient bearing disassembly without damaging the bearing raceway. The project of "A brand new sliding and rolling combined rotary table bearing" involves a super large, fast disassembly, self adjustment, composite thrust tapered roller rotary table bearing, mainly used in mining machinery, large bridges, etc., solving the problem of large rotary table bearings not being able to adjust their angles. The project of "a fully loaded self-locking cylindrical roller bearing assembly fixture" reduces the labor intensity of the operator, improves assembly efficiency, and improves assembly quality. Among the projects that have been granted patent authorization this time, ZWZ has 22 projects involving innovative design of bearings and their spare parts products, while the rest are bearing processing fixtures and testing devices.
