This customer is a leading domestic enterprise in new energy motor systems, developing and supporting advanced electric drive core components, assemblies, and systems for global customers, covering both passenger and commercial vehicles. The bearing project for the reducer of new energy off-road vehicles is a national project jointly developed by the customer, ZWZ Group, and well-known universities in China. ZWZ Group is responsible for bearing design and processing, aiming to provide bearings for new energy vehicles. The bearings are required to have high speed, low vibration, and long service life performance requirements.
The new energy vehicle reducer bearing developed by ZWZ has been verified by the customer, and the working speed of the bearing reaches 20000rpm. The bearing life has reached 10 times the theoretical calculation life and has not yet failed. "Assistant General Manager of the Automotive Bearing Business Unit, Wen Shaoying, introduced that the customer's new energy off-road vehicle reducer requires all components to be domestically produced, and the bearing performance should reach the same level as high-end foreign products. At present, the customer has placed a batch of bearing orders with the tile shaft.
