What are the design types of double row angular contact bearings?
The internal clearance of double row angular contact ball bearings is usually adjusted in the design and can be used normally after leaving the factory; when single row angular contact bearings are installed in close pairs, if the pairs have been matched before leaving the factory, then It can be directly installed and used normally. If it is purchased separately, it will be difficult to adjust the matching clearance, which may affect the normal use of the bearing or shorten the service life of the bearing!
Common types of double row angular contact bearings mainly include the following:
Type A:
The outer diameter of type A does not exceed 90mm. This type of bearing has no ball filling gap and can well withstand equal bidirectional axial loads. The operating temperature rise is small;
Type B:
Type B outer diameter is greater than 90mm. Usually there is a ball filling gap on one side of the bearing, and the cage is made of stamped steel plate or solid brass.
Type C:
Type C is a reinforced structure with a ball-loading gap on one side, which can hold a larger number of steel balls and has a higher load-bearing capacity.
Sealed type:
Type A and C double row angular contact ball bearings can use non-contact sealing or contact sealing on both sides, that is, with dust covers or sealing rings.
