Recently, the system of the coal slime drying and comprehensive utilization project of a power generation company undertaken by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. passed the 168-hour performance assessment. The success of this "big test" indicates that the system has completed all debugging tasks and has been officially delivered for production.
In this project, Tianli Energy creatively used steam rotary equipment for high-pressure filter press coal slime drying system, filling the technical gap in related industries in China. The humidity, hardness and particle size of coal slime produced by high-pressure filter presses are very different from those produced by conventional filter presses. Tianli Energy project personnel explored new rules, boldly innovated, and overcame difficulties together with the owner's unit personnel to successfully open up the entire process under the new application environment of drying. The dried coal slime is more in line with the requirements of furnace blending conditions.
