The first Liaoning Huanghai Laboratory bearing industry academic Forum was held

From August 22 to 24, 2024 Liaoning Huanghai Laboratory bearing Industry Academic Forum was held. This is the first bearing industry academic forum organized since the establishment of Liaoning Huanghai Laboratory.

The forum invited domestic and foreign authoritative experts and scholars, industry elites, bearing design technology and methods, bearing advanced manufacturing technology, bearing testing and testing technology and bearing friction and wear and lubrication technology and other bearing industry frontier, core technology to make special speeches, interpretation and discussion, held a total of 17 academic reports and 6 thematic discussions.

Liu Yonggang, deputy director of Liaoning Huanghai Laboratory and deputy dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, said at the opening ceremony of the forum that Dalian City is one of the important bearing research and development bases in China, Wafangdian City is the birthplace and cradle of China's bearing industry, and is the "bearing capital of China". Liaoning Huanghai Laboratory, as a high-level scientific and technological innovation platform built by the Party Committee and provincial government of Liaoning Province to develop new quality productivity in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing, is committed to the research and innovation of bearing technology. The laboratory focuses on the scientific research and key technology research of high-end bearings to solve the key bearing technology problems in the high-end equipment manufacturing chain, while supporting the innovation and development of the regional bearing industry to enhance the overall technical level and competitiveness of China's bearing industry.

Sun Wei, deputy director of the Liaoning Yellow Sea Laboratory and director of the National 2011 Center, pointed out that bearing as the core basic components, its development level reflects the comprehensive strength of a country in advanced basic technology, key basic materials and industrial technology foundation, and is the basic guarantee of major equipment for national economy and national defense security. The forum provides a high-level academic exchange platform for experts, scholars and engineers from enterprises, institutions of higher learning and research institutes in the field of bearing in Dalian. All parties gathered together to fully exchange new technologies and new views, aiming to make traditional bearings achieve breakthroughs and innovations.

In the forum, Sun Qingchao, professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, director of Major Equipment Design Institute, Hu Yongle, senior engineer of Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yang Jiongming, chief engineer of Goldwind Technology Co., LTD., and other experts respectively discussed "Performance-oriented design technology for heavy and large bearings", "Bonded solid lubrication coating and its application in bearing lubrication" and "wind power generation" Unit bearing test experiment sharing "as an academic report.
