Allowable speed: Usually the actual operating speed of the bearing is less than 30%~50% of the bearing's own limit speed. Usually 20% of its limit speed is used as the normal working speed of the bearing.
Installation inclination: Tapered roller bearings usually do not allow the axis centerline to be tilted with the seat hole, and the angle is required not to exceed 2'. Otherwise, the contact surface between the rolling element and the raceway of the bearing will be unevenly stressed.
Working temperature: Under normal load and lubrication conditions, the allowable working temperature of tapered roller bearings is usually -30C~+150C.
Working clearance: The appropriate working clearance has a great influence on the service life of tapered roller bearings. During the bearing installation process, it is necessary to measure the internal clearance of the bearing in real time to ensure that it obtains the appropriate working clearance or preload.
