The relocation project of the needle roller bearing production line is progressing rapidly and is expected to be put into production in 2025 April

On November 18, 2024, the construction site of the relocation project of the 40 million sets of needle roller bearing production line located in Yi'an Economic Development Zone was busy. At 8 o'clock in the morning, the workers were already engaged in intensive work, carrying out operations such as steel bar bundling and concrete mixing. There were also several heavy equipment such as excavators and bulldozers on site, busy with earth excavation, factory foundation laying and steel structure factory building construction.

"Although the weather is getting colder, everyone's enthusiasm for work is very high." Wu Fujiang, the project leader, introduced. Since the project was launched in September this year, it has progressed rapidly and more than half of the project has been completed so far. In order to ensure that the project can be completed on schedule and with high quality, the project party has increased the investment in manpower and machinery. Nearly 100 workers and nearly 10 large equipment are working on site every day. At present, the steel structure installation of workshop No. 1 has been completed, and the infrastructure construction of workshops No. 2 and No. 3 is also nearly completed. The construction of the steel structure workshop will be carried out next. "We plan to accelerate construction in the next 100 days to ensure that all construction is completed before March next year and start trial operation in April." Wu Fujiang said.

The project was invested by Anhui Huding Bearing Co., Ltd. with an investment of 134 million yuan, covering an area of about 28 acres and a total construction area of 15,240 square meters. It aims to replace old equipment. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve annual sales of 50 million yuan and provide nearly 150 jobs.
