DIATOOL Monobloc Multi-Blade Reamers from Monaghan Tooling Group produce precision bores with significantly higher feed rates, tighter bore tolerances, and reduced cycle times as compared to single point tools. Featuring a multi-blade design with unequal cutting edge spacing, these unique reamers produce extremely round and cylindrical bores up to 150% faster than conventional reamers. Standard solid and expandable designs available in diameters from 5.6 – 60.599mm (.22 to 2.386"); custom designs to 100.599mm (3.961") in diameter. Versatile design options include short or long shank versions, with or without internal coolant supply. A simple expansion adjustment (tightening a conical screw) maintains precise bore sizes, eliminating the need tool replacement.
