On March 13, 2025, Harbin Bearing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HRB") welcomed eight undergraduate graduates from Henan University of Science and Technology, who will conduct a two-month internship on their graduation design project at HRB. This internship is an important part of the school-enterprise cooperation between HRB and Henan University of Science and Technology. With the arrival of the 8 students, HRB will equip each student with an enterprise mentor, who will guide the students' graduation design projects together with the school mentors, forming a "double mentor" training model. The 8 students who participated in this internship are from majors such as bearings, mechanical design and automation. Their graduation design projects cover bearing design, process optimization, intelligent manufacturing and other fields. The enterprise mentor will participate in the students' graduation design throughout the process, provide technical support and practical guidance, and ensure that students can complete the project efficiently and with high quality during the internship. For example, the project of student Tian Yu is "Grinding Processing Beat Optimization and Practice Based on Ring Detection Data", and his enterprise mentor is Hu Jing, the chief engineer of the Manufacturing Management Department of HRB. Hu Jing said: "We will combine the actual production situation of the enterprise to help Tian Yu combine theoretical knowledge with practice to ensure that his project is not only of academic value, but also brings practical technical improvements to the enterprise."

In order to ensure the smooth progress of this internship, HRB has formulated a detailed internship process and training plan.
