LS Group held the unveiling ceremony of Fujian Province Industrial Chain Head Enterprise Training

The spring breeze brings warmth and starts a new journey, and the integration of industry and education cultivates skilled workers. Recently, the unveiling ceremony of the "Fujian Industrial Chain Leading Enterprise Training Base" was grandly held at the Lantian No. 3 Plant of FUJIAN LONGXI BE ARING (GROUP) CORPORATION LIMITED （LS）. Cui Guigen, a third-level researcher of the Zhangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, attended the ceremony and unveiled the base.

Over the years, LS has been deeply engaged in the cultivation of skilled personnel. From the 1980s to the 1990s, it had run its own technical school and trained a large number of skilled workers for Zhangzhou's manufacturing industry. The group started early in the evaluation of skilled personnel. Since 2005, when the first batch of vocational skill appraisal stations in the machinery industry (Bearing Fujian Station) was established with the approval of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, it has been conducting skilled personnel evaluation for more than 20 years and has a complete skill evaluation system. At present, as one of the first batch of enterprise vocational skill level certification and evaluation institutions in Fujian Province, the group has registered and approved 12 occupations for skill level certification, covering levels 1-5 (senior technicians, technicians, senior workers, intermediate workers, and junior workers), and many occupations are in short supply. A total of more than 3,000 skilled personnel evaluations have been carried out, and more than 2,100 people have obtained corresponding vocational level certificates, including more than 900 senior workers and above. In the first year of the construction of the training base for leading enterprises in the industrial chain (2024), a total of 397 skilled personnel were evaluated, including 166 senior workers and above, and 295 people obtained the corresponding skill level certificates, including 137 senior workers and above.

The establishment of the training base for leading enterprises in the industrial chain in Fujian Province will provide a high-level skilled personnel training platform for LS and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain. Through the construction of the training base, the group will better establish an integrated skill ecological chain of production, teaching, evaluation and use, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen the integration of production and education, improve the number and quality of high-skilled talents, stimulate the endogenous motivation of skill-strengthening enterprises, promote the increase of skills of employees, increase income through skills, and increase efficiency of enterprises, so that more "great craftsmen" and "skilled craftsmen" can stand out, further enhance the core competitiveness and industry influence of enterprises, promote the development of new quality productivity, and "fuel and help" the construction of a strong manufacturing country.

In the next step, LS will continue to play the leading role of leading enterprises in the industrial chain, driven by innovation, focus on the key areas of "stuck neck" of national high-end equipment, break through foreign technology blockades, and provide strong guarantees for major national development strategies. At the same time, the Group will also use the training base as a platform to train and evaluate more urgently needed high-skilled talents and contribute its strength to the industrial development of Zhangzhou City.
