New repair solution LuK RepSet 2CT DMF combines double clutch and dual-mass flywheel in one set, facilitating efficient maintenance Replacing both components simultaneously is more cost-effective and minimizes the likelihood of additional future repairs. Engineered components ensure smooth gear changes, reduced wear, and maximum system efficiency Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) introduces the LuK RepSet 2CT DMF, an industry-first repair kit that integrates two key components of modern drive systems in just one kit: the dual-mass flywheel (LuK DMF) and the double clutch (LuK RepSet 2CT). Tailored specifically for the independent aftermarket, this new paired solution aims to make repairs more efficient, safer and more long-lasting. Two components become one repair kit The set contains all components relevant for the repair in original equipment quality – from the dry or wet double clutch to the flywheel and all necessary accessory parts. Both components are technically connected with each other via a flange and are subject to similar wear and tear. Replacing only one part can lead to future malfunctions. By replacing both simultaneously, garages can improve system performance and significantly decrease the need for future interventions. The new repair solution facilitates smooth gear changes without interrupting performance and traction, while the integrated damper technology further enhances driving comfort. Product launch for first applications The market launch includes five article numbers for common VW models equipped with dry and wet double clutch.
