Recently, Zhejiang Zhengsheng Bush Bearing Co.,Ltd has invested RMB12 million to introduce a CNC production line and this production line will be put into pratical use in September. Predictively, after the realization of this line, annual output value of the company will hit RMB50 million and the scale of company will be enlarged by 30 percent.

In recent years, bush bearing industry has been regarded as a promising industry with great potential in developing in Zhuji. In order to speed up the developing of this industry, government of Zhuji invested RMB100 million per year. It was reported that in the first 7 months, the industry sales reached RMB600 million, increased by 47% from the same period last year; operating margin hit RMB77.35 million increased by 47% and tax payment reached RMB38.5 million increased by 83%.

The model enterprises like Shenfa Bush Co.,Ltd, Shenke Bush Bearing Co.,Ltd and Zhengsheng Bush Bearing Co.,Ltd, invested more than RMB10 million to develop new products and upgrade equipments every year. With leading technology and equipments, those companies had made many great achievements in recent years. Thrust sliding bearing with rigid retainer from Shenfa and Sliding bearing for 600,000kw turbo generator from Shenke were all awarded as State Class New Products; 052 type flagship bush from Zhengsheng made a great contribution to Chinese national defense.
To expose to the newly info, tech and attract the talents, the local bush bearing enterprises built their R&S Dept. in Shanghai. Statistically, the bush products are widely used in various industries, such as electricity, steel, coal, construction material, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, ship making etc. Some of the products are used in the area of nation defense. Bush products of Zhuji has controled 60 percent's China bush market. Their products also exported as assemble parts to the foreign famous company, like Siemens, Mitsubishi, GE, ABB etc.
