Luoyang Bearing Science & Technoloy Co.,Ltd(LBST) is a publicly trade company, mainly dealing with bearings developing, manufacturing and sale. Precision bearings, spindles, bearing manufacturing facilities and measuring tools are their major products. During the first three quarter 2005, their operating profit hit RMB20million yuan, up 32.08% from 2004; earning per share hit RMB0.31 yuan. In recent years, their sales and net profit increased steadily, rate of margin of their products have kept over 30%. Production of major products can not meet the large demand. As a result of the declining steel price, their profit are expected to be expanded. Due to their imcomparable technology level, LBST almost monopolized the production of special bearings and precision machine tool bearings in China. The two kinds of bearings sale account for 72% of their total margin and the company take up 90% of the market share in selling special bearings. Not long ago, LBST began to produce aerospace special bearings which is a high value added and profitable product. With the increasing number of import machine tools, related precision bearings will become more and more hot. For LBST, it's time for them to expand their capacity of P4 class precision bearings to meet the great demand in the machine tool market. At present, their capacity of P4 precision bearings are 180,000 pcs/year, but the demand of such bearings will be 1.11million pcs/year. So they have to expand their capacity greatly to meet the demand.
