Lianhe Rolling Bearing Pass ISO/TS16949:2002 Certificate

Shanghai Lianhe Rolling Bearing Co.,Ltd(SLRB) announced that they had passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system, which make themselves better qualified for the auto bearings production.
During the 3 days from Nov.21-23 last year, panel from DNV Shanghai Office began their inspection on SLRB and at last the panel reached an unanimous agreement on SLRB's qualification for ISO/TS16949:2002.
In order to expand their market share both in China and overseas, early in 2005 SLRB had made their decision to upgrade their quality management system from the previous QS9000 and VDA6.1 to ISO/TS16949:2002. Then, the whole SLRB began to pay more attention to the certificate-passing program under the general arrangement of the company's management. They aimed at passing the certificate by the end of 2005, which they have realized now.
Before passing the certificate, SLRB carried out a spot check on their products, the result were satisfactory: for auto bearings 100% qualified; other bearings 99.04% qualified. When it comes to customer satisfactory degree, they got 89.79 points of the 100, which was based on the comments from their major customers such as Shanghai Railway Bureau, Shanghai Diesel Engine Co.,Ltd, Shanghai Gearbox Plant etc.
