SZBW Launch 2006 Technical Reformation Programs

On Dec.13 2005, Shanghai Zhenhua Bearing Works(SZBW, subsidiary of Shanghai Electric Bearing Co.,Ltd) held the "2006 Technical Reformation Program Allocation Conference", which marked the beginning of their 2006 technical reformation program.
Based on their 2006 plan, the SZBW redefined the 2006 as a year for technical reformation which will include 12 specific programs in aspect of capacity extension, craft and equipments upgrading, quality improvement and quality management measures.
The most important topic of the conference is to appoint qualified program directors and sign formal contract with them, so that those directors will become totally responsible and obligatory for the specific programs. Then, the technical reformation programs can be carried out in a success oriented way.
At last, Chen hu, president of SZBW, signed the program contracts with 12 directors successfully. In the 2006, technical reformation year, SZBW will surely become more and more competitive in China bearing industry.
Shanghai Zhenhua Bearing Works (SZBW) is the main subsidiary of SBC (Shanghai Bearing Company), employing approximately 600 people, covering 270,000m2. And the annual productivity is 6 million sets.
They mainly produce deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, radial angular contact ball bearings, thrust ball bearings as well as bearings for auto, lift, rig, mower, among which, auto bearings occupies over 60%. Additionally, tightening wheel for auto motor, bearing for clutch, bearing for gearbox, bearing for damper, kingpin bearing for steering knuckle, bearing for steering gear etc are all fall in the scope of our business.
