Chinese Bearing Industry Will Cool Down in 2006

Influenced by the increasing demand, Chinese bearing and valve products market became more and more active in 2005. From Jan. to Oct., sales and profit of bearings and valve products had increased by 47.52% and 47.44% respectively compared with 2004. As the upper tier supplier for machinery industry, bearing and valve industry always inherit the trend of the machinery industry but in some delay. So the cooling down of China machinery industry that began in the second half 2005 will influence the bearing and valve industry with no doubt in 2006. In addition, our export of bearings and valve products will also be influenced for the lower products technology content. However, 2006's export value on bearings and valve products are expected to remain increasing by over 30%.
