Two Achievements of ZWZ Group Won the Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award Recently
The Dalian Municipal People`s Government issued a decision on the 2018 Dalian Science and Technology Awards, which was awarded 82 results by the Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award. Among them, ZWZ Group`s "352226X2B Urban Rail Axle Box Bearing R&D and Application Technology" project won the first prize, and the "High Reliability Marine Vertical Shield Machine Spindle Bearing" project won the second prize.
The 352226X2B subway axle box bearing developed by WZW Group has been successfully installed on foreign subway trains. The performance of the products has reached the international advanced level and can completely replace imported ones. The successful application of this project has played a positive role in the development and upgrading of China`s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry and the breaking of foreign technology monopoly.
The marine vertical shield machine spindle bearing is developed and produced for Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. It is applied to the main shaft part of the vertical shield machine with large diameter rock-socketed piles for offshore wind power. The quality of the bearing has reached the international advanced level and provided strong technical support for the development of the marine vertical shield machine.
