During the product design process, the special team conducted technical exchanges with customers many times, repeatedly scrutinized the design schemes, integrated European design concepts, and improved product quality. Through the engineering center and various production units to carry out key technical research, the accuracy of the finished product of the 2MW series spindle bearings is far higher than the customer's requirements. The microscopic unevenness of the bearing surface, which is currently the most important in the bearing industry, is maximized to optimize the bearing and improve the ability to resist the risk of failure.

After the customer's acceptance of the 2.XMW model spindle bearing, the quality of the finished product exceeds the customer's technical requirements. The technical level and processing quality of the 2MW series spindle bearings have become one of the most representative high-end bearings for ZWZ.
