This type of bearing is equipped with spherical rollers between the outer ring of spherical raceway and the inner ring of double raceway. Since the arc center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the bearing center, it has the self-aligning performance, so it can automatically adjust the shaft misalignment caused by the deflection or misalignment of the shaft or the housing. Can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load. Especially the radial load capacity is large, suitable for bearing heavy load and shock load. Tapered bore bearings can be easily installed and removed from the shaft by using fasteners or withdrawal sleeves.
There are two types of tapers for tapered holes:
1:30 (auxiliary code: K30); suitable for 24000, 24100 series.
1:12 (auxiliary code: K); applicable to other series.
Bearings with tapered holes are mainly fixed on the shaft through an adapter sleeve or a disassembly sleeve.
