The bearing performance of SKF, FAG TIMKEN is excellent indeed. However the application of NSK bearing on Chinese equipment is better, because NSK is familiar with Chinese national conditions. We research and develop the pressure oil film technology independently by extracting the advantages and strengths from above top brands. By combining with Chinese actual conditions, the product service life can be increased by 8 to 10 times by use of the technology. Steel plant project: bearing number HM265849/HM256810, the steel plant changed to roll 140-160 square steel instead of 120 square steel by use of edger mill. HYJG need to solve was:HYJG need to live up to 30 days! HYJG’s pre-sale engineers arrived at onsite,then combined with domestic material and heat treatment level to change the support type cage into window type cage, redesigned the profile of roller and raceway, simulated the installation site, and refitted the clearance! Actual situation: service life could reach more than 3 months!

Cylindrical roller bearing life was increased by 10 times which has been verified!All were working in good condition till Oct this year, the service life was increased by 10 times than original design!

The spherical plain bearing is self-lubricating joint bearing by our independent research and development, It has the characteristics of long life and high load.It is selected under the condition of large load and constant direction,low friction and hard to lubricate. This series of joint baring has been supporting large turnable and hydraulic cylinder of domestic steel mills since 1998.and it is still in use today.
