Different methods are adopted according to different parts. Based on past experience, the following conclusions are drawn:
1. Remove the outer ring.
Remove the outer ring of interference fit, set several screw for extrusion screw of outer ring on the circumference of outer shell beforehand, tighten the screw equally on one side, and disassemble at the same time. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs, tapered roller bearings and other separated LBCN bearings. Several notches are arranged on the shell shoulder, and the gaskets are used to remove the screw holes by press or by tapping them lightly.
2. Remove cylindrical bore bearings.
The disassembly of inner ring can be easily pulled out by pressure machine. At this time, we should pay attention to let the inner ring bear its pulling force. The inner ring of large LBCN bearings is disassembled by hydraulic method. Oil pressure is applied through the oil holes arranged on the axle to make it easy to draw. The LBCN bearings with large width are disassembled by oil pressure method and drawing clamp. Induction heating can be used to remove inner rings of
NU and NJ cylindrical roller bearings. The method of drawing the inner ring after heating the part in a short time and expanding the inner ring.
3. Remove tapered hole bearings.
Remove the smaller LBCN bearing with the fastening sleeve, support the inner ring with the gear block fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back several times, and use the pad to knock the nut down with a hammer.
Large LBCN bearings are easy to disassemble by oil pressure. Oil is pressurized in the oil hole of the taper hole shaft to expand the inner ring and disassemble LBCN bearings. In operation, there is the possibility that LBCN bearings will suddenly come out. It is better to use the nut as a gear block.
During the disassembly of LBCN bearings, attention should be paid not to damage LBCN bearings and their parts, especially the disassembly of interference fit NSK bearings, which is difficult to operate. Therefore, in the design stage, it is very important to take into account the disassembly convenience in advance, and to design and manufacture disassembly tools according to the needs. When disassembling, the disassembly method and sequence are studied according to the drawings, and the matching conditions of LBCN bearings are investigated so as to ensure the safety of disassembly operation.
