What is the load accuracy of YRT turntable bearings?
YRT turntable bearing is a commonly used high-precision bearing, and its name indicates that it is a professional bearing designed for turntables. At the same time, it is also widely used in high-precision equipment such as medical devices, CNC machine tools, and even precision radars. Based on the load applied to the turntable bearing, the load borne by the ring can be divided into three types: fixed load, rotational load, and back and forth shaking load.
1. The radial load composed of fixed loads is borne by the area of the ring raceway and transmitted to the corresponding area of the appropriate outer surface of the shaft or shell. This type of load bearing is called a fixed bearing load. The unique feature of a fixed load is that the synthesized radial load is relatively stationary compared to the ring. Loose collars can be used for bearing fixed loads.
2. The load shedding effect is applied to the composite radial load vector on the bearing ring, which rotates along the circumferential direction of the raceway and is sequentially borne by various parts of the raceway, and correspondingly transferred to various parts of the outer surface of the shaft casing hole. This type of load is called load shedding, also known as cyclic load.
3. The composite radial load acting on the bearing ring oscillates relatively back and forth within a certain area of the ring raceway, and is borne by a certain area of the raceway and transmitted to a certain area on the surface of the shaft or shell hole. The load applied to the bearing is an impact load, an oscillation load, and its direction or number often changes. This load is called back and forth oscillation load, also known as non directional load. When the bearing bears the load of back and forth shaking, especially when bearing the load, the inner and outer rings should be considered suitable and interference fit should be used appropriately. When the inner ring shakes and rotates back and forth, it is generally considered to have used the transfer load.
