In order to strengthen the safety awareness of employees in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and master the correct methods of emergency shock avoidance, the railway workshop has established a post-earthquake investigation leading group, improved the emergency plan for special equipment, and carried out detailed investigation in a timely manner. First, organize personnel to conduct detailed inspections and registrations of factory buildings, facilities and equipment, and conduct strict precision and performance tests on key grinding equipment, quickly eliminate equipment abnormalities caused by earthquakes, and ensure the stability of product quality. Second, strengthen relevant knowledge and skills training. When an earthquake occurs, the power supply and gas valve of the equipment should be turned off immediately to prevent secondary disasters such as fire or explosion. At the same time, take good safety precautions to ensure the safety of life and property to the greatest extent. Third, strengthen the safety hazard investigation of special equipment and facilities such as gas boilers and heat transfer oil pipelines, ensure that the boilers are inspected multiple times before and during operation, and ensure the safety of production equipment.
