We are looking for a good and honest dealer in China who could supply us with bearings, sleeves and bearing housing of original origin Schaeffler .... (FAG).

1.We need following items:

The goods must be
offered completely according to the above prefixes and
suffixes.

The goods must be of
original origin Schaeffler Technologies  from countries listed
.

If you send us an
appropriate offer, we order the goods immediately.

1.1.            TECHNICAL
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

With the bearings housing delivery must be provided
following:

1.      Certificate of
conformity of delivered goods with the order (in the form according to
EN10204-2.1), issued, signed and sealed by the responsible person of the
manufacturer (the draft text of this certificate we will send you before
delivery)

1.2. Year of production, packaging and
marking:

Each supplied bearing  housing  must be:

1.2.1. Packed in the original unit packaging
of the manufacturer on which the following information is
written:

- designation bearing   housing,

- serial number of   bearing   housing,

- country of origin and

- name of the
manufacturer

1.2.2. Each package must contain a
document declaration of the goods, which should contain at least:

Bearing housing designation  , name of the supplier, name of the manufacturer,
country of origin and year of manufacturing.

1.2.3. Bearings and sleeves must be new
(unused in operation), properly stored and not older than 12
months.

1.3. The following must be marked on the
rolling bearings:

- bearing
housing  designation  ),

- radial clearance
marking,

- manufacturer's mark

- country of origin „ 

2.We have one tender
on February 2nd.

There is little
time left.

The tender requires
a bearing and sleeve:

Technical
conditions:

- the bearing and
sleeve must be from the same manufacturer ,

- the manufacturer
must have a valid ISO 9001 certificate for production and development (or for
production and design) of the offered goods (bearings and
sleeves)

- in the
manufacturer's cataloге must be offered bearing and
sleeve

- for the bearing
the dynamic load capacity must be greater than 6400 kN, the static load capacity
greater than 10800 kN

We should have an
offer by the end of this week.

If Chinese
manufacturers do not meet the above requirements, we need a serious
distributor from Schaeffler (you sent us these) and NACHI
Japan.
