We need best quote for the BEARINGS in the attached
files.
NOTE: While preparing an offer,
please note that this is a Price Agreement for a period of 3 years and in case
of receiving a contract with your best prices, orders will be placed with you
within 3 years (at least 2 orders per year).
In addition, please confirm and provide the following
minimum requirements:
1. Confirm that
bearings you offer fully comply with our inquiry and with all technical
specifications as per “Attachment for ITB” file.
2. Please refer to
Attachment for ITB with full specifications of bearings.
3. Provide bearings
from the standardized Manufacturers (such as, SKF, TIMKEN, KOYO etc.).
4.
Please indicate Manufacturers/Brand in your quote for each line item.
5.
Provide datasheets for all quoted items.
6. Provide Certificate of
Conformity/Quality and all other available certificates, tech. documents &
etc.).
7. Ensure that all Spare Parts (Materials) quoted shall be of high
quality and manufactured in compliance with applicable international industry
practice and standards.
8. Ensure all the bearing supplies shall be in
accordance with the original standard of manufacturer and NO counterfeit of
bearing has been allowed.
9. Please provide Assurance Letter/Support Letter
from OEM (as an evidence of genuine spare parts and OEM warranty)
10. Advise
the shortest possible lead/production time on EXW/FCA delivery terms.
11.
Please provide a CV of proposed/responsible personnel for this scope of
Work.
12. Provide the list of past / present experience for similar works,
supplies.
13. Provide your company's HSE Policy, manual and related
document.
Also, we can conclude an
agreement of intent with you, which will indicate that - in the event of a
successful outcome of the bidding and the receipt of a contract, your company is
ready to provide us with quality service on supplying high quality and genuine
Bearings during the 3 years.
Probably you
have already been approached from Turkmenistan with the same request.
