I am looking for an ABEC9 precision SA030XP0 ball bearings. The model SA030CP0 should work as well due to their low loads. If there is no stock on this size we could potentially adapt to a similar size. We would like the cage and rings to be stainless steel and PEEK as the cage material (or a low outgassing material). The balls should be ceramic but we could also consider other materials with low thermal expansion coefficient. The main points to take into account are:
1. Needs to have very low outgassing, without lubricant or a lubricant with very low outgassing (TML of 1% or less, CVCM of 0.1% or less).
2. The context of implementation contains a motor plus gearbox, having a max output torque on the gearbox output shaft of about 0,5Nm, I'd say a 10% we can assume as friction torque of the bearings, so about 0.05Nm.
3. Survival temperature -60 to +80ºC. Operation temperature will be in between -20 to +40ºC.
4. The bearings will be fitted onto an aluminium piece of thermal expansion coefficient of 23*10^-6.
5. The axial load is around 35N and radial load of 0,005N.
6. Maximum rotational speed will be 10 rev/min.
