We will require the following Bearing:

1) PTFE Sliding POT Bearing —— 4 Nos.
Type B.T.-A for 61m Span

2) Central Hinge Bearing —— 4 Nos.
For 90m Span

3) Steel laminated Elastomeric Bearing —— 40 Nos.
(500X800X80mm)

4) Steel laminated Elastomeric Bearing —— 36 Nos.
(300X300X69mm)

Material type for PTFE POT Bearing: Stainless Steel (SS) & Poly Tetra Flouro Ethylene (PTFE) Elastomer and Cast/Mild Steel (POT) shall be provided below the End Diaphragm of Side Span

SS & PTFE POT Bearing shall be guide bearing type fulfilling the following design parameters:

Maximum Vertical Load 2569kN
Minimum Vertical Load 1194kN
Maximum Horizontal Force 166.5kN (Earthquake)
Translation along Longitudinal Axis 17.19mm (Earthquake)
Translation along Longitudinal Axis (+/-) 5.6mm (Temperature)
Translation along Transverse Axis 11.4mm (Earthquake)
Rotation along Longitudinal Axis 0.0161rad

Hinge Bearing must have the following design criteria:

Vertical Force 45Tonne/Web
Longitudinal Movement (+/-) 80mm

Drawings for 90m (45mx2) & 61m Span are enclosed for your reference. All drawings for rest of the items are ready for dispatch to you.
