LBST Announced Annual Report 2005

Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co.,Ltd(LBST) announced their 2005 annual report. During the 2005, their operating margin were RMB166 million yuan, operating profit were RMB26.04 million yuan, EPS hit 0.4 yuan. Compared with the results in 2004, operating profit increased at a faster speed than those of operating margin, while total profit did not grow as fast as the total margin. What caused this was the substantial managerial cost in its publicly trading and equity division reform. The managerial cost is expected to return to normal level in 2006.

LBST is a specialized manufacturer and designer of various bearings. They mainly produce and develop special bearings, precision bearings, military bearings and other related products and equipments such as electric spindles, cold rolling machine, bearing measuring equipments etc. "ZYS" is their registered product brand.

Electric Spindles:
They have developed 150,000 r/min spindle for grinding machine and 120,000 r/min magnetic suspension bearings, air bearings, spindle for drilling machine.

Precision Bearings:
bearings for metallurgy and mining industry; bearings for aerogenerator; bearings for machine tools; ceramic bearings and special bearings.

For lacking of skilled workers, LBST have planned to acquire one manufacturer of machine tools to produce grinding and finishing machines.
