Baosteel Finish Compiling Work of Customer Service Guide

To meet customers’ increasing requirements in service, strengthen enterprise core competitive power, Baosteel Group recently has published their first Customer Service Guide, Baosteel Service Guide, filling a gap in China steel industry. Mr. Xie qihua, Baosteel’s chairman, and Mr. Liu guosheng, vice chairman, wrote inscriptions of “Better service make our products value-added, more collaboration result in mutual benefit”, “Customer oriented, service credit” respectively. Baosteel has handed out service guides to their distributors, regular and strategic clients and provide free training courses.

The service guide is not only a synopsis of over 20 years service experiences, but also a pragmatic measure to deepen their service priciple and provide customers with sweeping services. In past, Baosteel published detailed Products Instruction but had no corresponding customer service guide, making them be left far behind by the world leading steel producers. So, they set up the service guide compiling team who ultimately finished the compiling work in over 1 year.

In this service guide, Baosteel’s service level has been fully presented, the service system structure, operation flow and staff duty have been further logicalized. In order to formulate a more competitive brand of their own, Baosteel employed a totally customer centric strategy in compiling this service guide.

In the guide, there are instructions with images to introduce all available services, the company’s commitments and how to enjoy the services. Also, they promised all customers that they will provide quantifiable quality services as what they had commited. The service guide include several sections, including service principle, service system, sweeping service, self-service solution, FAQ etc.

If the customer need some custom services or more information about certain products, they will not fail to find the ideal solutions in the service guide.
