Russia May Levy Anti-dumping Duty on Chinese Bearings
The Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry has finalized an analysis of rolling bearing imports from China (excluding needle bearings) and suggested a five-year anti-dumping duty to the government.
According to the report, the duty-paying value of Wuxi Rolling Bearing Co., Ltd will account for 31.3% of the custom value, while for other Chinese manufacturers and exporters, 41.5%.
The Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry said: The price of Chinese import bearings is relative competitive, which have much negative impact on the development of local bearing industry. Many Russian bearing manufacturers have to reduce the output and sales.
