Mr. Liu Enshi Inspected Construction of Technological Support Capacity for Bearing Industry in Xinchang

The application for “China Bearings County” of Xinchang goes smoothly. After Mr. Wangwuanqing, the Secretary General of China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA), had inspected Xinchang on July 19th, Mr. Liu Enshi, the Board Chairman and Senior Engineer of CBIA inspected the technological institutions in the country and bureau of Xinchang on Oct. 20th, found out the construction capacity of technological support for bearing industry in Xinchang. After he inspected the Zhejiang Bearing & Specialized Products Technology Innovation Service Platform and Zhejiang Bearing Product Quality Test Center on the spot, and learned the related report, Liu Enshi was satisfied with the test and detect of Xinchang technological institutions and the innovative capability, and gave some suggestions on how to further exert the support of technological institutions, how to improve the quality of bearing products, and how to enhance the bearing industry in Xinchang.

It is understood, in recent years, Xinchang actively strived for capital according to the requirement of the bearing industry development, invested more than 8 million yuan, and successively established Zhejiang Bearing Product Quality Test Center, Zhejiang Bearing & Specialized Products Technology Innovation Service Platform, and Luoyang Bearing Institution Xinchang Technology Transfer Center; The construction of Material & Limiting Substance Detecting Lab., Bearing Integrated Performance Detecting Lab., and Precision Detecting Lab. Was finished; Xinchang also purchased a set of advanced detecting equipments and devices such as photoelectric direct reading spectrum instrument, carbon-sulfur analyzer, metallurgical microscope, high precision Lou′s sclerometer, scanning electron microscope, roundness/cylindricity measurement instrument, ICP and tester of auto wheel hub service life, slurry, temperature, ABS waves detecting, etc., which can be used in the ingredients analysis, mechanics performance detecting, metallurgical structure analysis, failure parts analysis and harmful substance detecting, etc. The hardware facilities reach the leading level in the province.
