Operation of Yushan Bearing Industry in the Third Quarter

There are 35 normally operating companies in Yushan County, Shangrao, Jiangxi province in China. Judging from the data of each month after June, the whole bearing industry in Yushan has gradually stepped out of the shadow of global financial crisis and the situation was getting better month by month. During the first quarter, each target of the bearing industry accomplished in March was the summation of those in January and February. During the second quarter, the sales was 71.15 million RMB, in which 44.05 million RMB was accomplished between March and June and it increased 63% on a month-on-month basis; the revenue of 2.35 million RMB was achieved, in which 1.28 million RMB was accomplished between March and June and it increased 20% on a month-on month basis; During the third quarter, the sales was 121.95 million RMB, in which 69.43 million RMB was accomplished between June and September and it increased 458% on a month-on-month basis, and the revenue is 3.98 million RMB, in which 1.63 million RMB was achieved between June and September and it increased 27% on a month-on-month basis.

From January to September in 2009, the bearing enterprises in Yushan County have achieved the increased value of 39.53 million RMB, which increased 15.8% compared with the same period of last year; the sales was 140.58 million RMB, which increased 15.3% compared with the same period of last year; the output was 36.57 sets, which increased 5.4%; they totally have paid tax of 3.98 million RMB, which decreased 24.6% compared with the same period of last year. Among these enterprises, 11 enterprises achieved the increased value of 30.76 million RMB, which increased 30.8%; the sales was 109.23 million RMB, which increased 29.6%; the output was 21.65 sets, which increased 10% based on the decrease of 5% in the first half of this year; the tax they paid totally is 3.04 million RMB, which decreased 16.3%.
