High Speed Precision Bearing Steel Ball from JGBR Filled the Domestic Gap

Jiangsu LiXing General Steel Ball Co., Ltd (JGBR) is a hi-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, the leading products from JGBR are identified as Jiangsu Provincial hi-tech products, which won Science & Technology Progress Award for many times. Each technical performance indicator of the high speed precision bearing steel ball which was independently developed by JGBR this year has reached the international advanced level. Ball diameter variation≤0.1μm, spherical error ≤0.045μm, batch diamter variation ≤0.2μm, roughness Ra≤0.010μm, variation value (batch average: 31dB, max: 33dB), roundness ≤0.13μm, hardness ≥64 HRC.

With the successful independently developing of such kind of product, high speed precision bearing steel ball has brokethrough many key technologies, such as, material automatic shaping new technology & no ring ball billet high speed forging technology, properties researching for 6000-8000 resin grinding wheel & control technology for grinding, research & application on resin grinding wheel soft ball milling groove, strengthening treatment for the surface of the steel ball, control technology on the depth & residual stress of the hardening layer, study on high precision steel ball waviness & mechanism, etc., which has filled the domestic gap, meanwhile achieved the advanced level among other international similar products. JGBR totally applied for five patents during the R & D of this product, among which one is invention patent, now it has obtained two utility model patents. At present, the domestic market share of this project product has reached 19% while the international market share has reached 9%.
