HL Held Skill Competition of Inner Circle Grinding (pic)

To match “Quality Year” carried out in a deep-going way, form a good atmosphere of learning techniques and improve practical operating skill throughout the company, which could make great improvement in real products’ quality level, HL Company (Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science And Techonology Co.,Ltd. ) decides to hold skill competition of inner circle grinding among the operators in the two Grinding & Assembly Branches., which was hosted by Company Labor Union; H & R Department, the whole competition divided into three parts: answering questions on site, equipments troubleshooting and practical operating skills. On the afternoon of April 10th, HL held honor-granting meeting for the inner circle grinding skill competition, and awarded the top three contestants in the group of inner diameter and outer raceway.

The first prize: Zhang Chengquan from Assembly Branch

The second prize: Liu Yuansheng from Assembly Branch

The third prize: Zhu Zhipeng from Grinding Branch

Winner list of outer raceway group

The first prize: Cai Feng from Assembly Branch

The second prize: Shan Weijun from Assembly Branch

The third prize: Wang Xiaoqiang from Assembly Branch

Both Zhang Chengquan in the inner diameter group and Cai Feng in the outer raceway were honored with the title of Gold Chief, also would enjoy the corresponding special allowance.
