To carry out the works approval of decoiled steel sheets, at the beginning of this year, Shaoguan Steel established decoiled ship plate works approval team, to efficiently and orderly promote the relevant work.
Shaoguan Steel Manufacturing Management Department and each unit cooperated closely, carefully drafted “Schedule of Works Approval of decoiled ship plate”. The “schedule” included 20 major items such as detailed regulations for quality management of hot-rolled decoiled sheet, product identification, quality inspection document and compiling of necessary process control original record, etc. Each responsible unit of Shaoguan Steel rapidly initiated the work item in the “Schedule”, actively carried out the work according to the requirements. Under the complete support of each relevant unit, various work were completed as scheduled finally, ensuring that Shaoguan Steel received works approval certificate of decoiled processing products timely.
