Changzhou NRB Corporation announced the remove of Mr. Lv Chao from office

According to the resolution of the Eighteenth Meeting of the Second Session of the Directors Board, Mr. Lv Chao, Director and Deputy General Manager of Changzhou NRB Corporation(NRB: 002708), was removed from office due to his illegal occupation of the company’s funds. In accordance with Corporation law, Articles of Association and Guidance of Standard Operation of Listed Companies on the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Mr. Lv Chao will no longer act as Deputy General Manager, and the remove of his position as Director of the Board has to be approved by the Shareholders Meeting.

Up to the date of the announcement, Mr. Lv Chao holds 11,194,783 shares of the company, which will be managed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, namely Guidance of Standard Operation of Listed Companies on the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Management Rules of Stock Held by Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers of Listed Companies and Stock Changes.
