The International Machine Tool Show TMTS takes place in Taichung. About 500 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions are expected to participate in this top-class event of the metalworking industry. Taiwan as a high tech manufacturing country is the optimum place to show the latest developments regarding machine tools, metal working equipment, etc., up to complete systems made to meet customers’ specification. For visitors intending to enter the Taiwanese market, the TMTS show is a must attend. The GTIEC Greater Taichung International Expo Center where the fair takes place can be easily reached by High Speed Rail, local train and two national highways. Parking spaces are available close to the centre. During the fair, the surrounding industrial areas next to TMTS are connected to the centre by free shuttle buses.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 5 days of the fair, from 07. November to 11. November 2012, about 475 exhibitors from 11 countries and 65230 visitors from 50 countries on the TMTS in Taichung.
