NTN Corporation changes its organization of head office on July 1, 2022 to promote realization of overall optimization by strengthening its function to manage group and improvement of efficiency through reviewing organizational hierarchy and consolidating functions.

Overview of changes

1. Flatten by abolishing head quarters
Abolish “Corporate Strategy HQ.,” “CSR HQ.,” and “Human Resources HQ.”

2. Slim down, consolidate functions, and improve efficiency through reorganizing and transferring departments
Abolish “Corporate Communications Dept.” of Corporate Strategy HQ. and transfer its function to “Corporate Planning Dept.” and change its name to “Corporate Strategy Dept.” Abolish “Affiliated Companies Administration Dept.” of Finance HQ. and transfer its function to “Business Administration Dept.” Transfer “Cost Planning Dept.” to “Finance HQ.” Abolish “Fair Trade Promoting Dept.” of CSR HQ. and transfer its function to “Legal Dept.” Consolidate all functions in “Corporate Value Promotion Dept.” of CSR HQ., “Global Risk Management Dept.” of CSR HQ., and functions related to environmental management in “EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Integrated Management Dept.,” and establish “ESG Promotion Dept.” Consolidate and restructure each function in “Personnel Dept.” of Human Resources HQ., “Global Human Resource Development Dept.” of Human Resources HQ., and functions related to health and safety in “EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Integrated Management Dept.” Transfer them to “Personnel Dept.” and newly established “Human Resources Strategy Dept.”
